• Breakfast served from 8:00 - 8:30am Monday to Friday, and from 8:30 - 9:00am Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday (earlier by arrangement) 
• Children aged 3 to 13 years 50% of adult tariff; children aged 14 to 16 years 75% of adult tariff when sharing with an adult. No children under 3 years.
• *Please add £2.00 per person per night for the Superior Double Room. 
• We do not accept one-night bookings on a Saturday night in our double or family rooms in high season (June to August).
• No stag or hen parties.
• Well-behaved and house-trained dogs are welcome, if they bring their own bed and food. One dog per guest room only.

      Terms and Conditions

• A deposit by credit or debit card is required to secure a booking - 50% of total cost for a one night stay, and 25% of total cost for stays of more than one night. No refund with less than 14 days notice of cancellation. All refunds subject to a 10% administration charge. If cancelled within the 14 days and the rooms cannot be re-let then the total cost will become payable. "No shows" are charged full cost. No booking is confirmed until we we have sent out a booking confirmation.
• All accounts to be settled on arrival by cash, credit or debit card.  (A £1.50 surcharge will apply to balances paid by credit card).
• Rooms available from 2.30pm on day of arrival.
• Rooms to be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure. Late check-out times can be arranged in advance dependent on availability. Late check-outs not arranged in advance will be charged at a proportion of the daily rate.
• No smoking is allowed anywhere in the hotel. Anyone found to be smoking within the building will be asked to leave immediately without refund, and may incur a charge of £50 for the cost of fumigating the room.
• House-trained dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, in our pet-friendly guest rooms only. Dogs are not allowed in communal rooms (lounge or dining room). Dogs must not be left unattended in the bedrooms in an evening if you are not on the premises, without prior consultation with the proprietors.
• No takeaway food, or alcohol purchased outside, allowed in the guesthouse.
• Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into the Guesthouse without prior permission.
• The proprietors reserve the right to refuse entry, or ask to leave immediately,any person causing disruption to other guests, or behaving in such a way that a breach of the peace or safety issue is likely. No refunds will be given for any stay cut short in these circumstances.
• All damage, breakages and theft will be charged to the card used to pay the deposit.
